Privacy Policy

1. About the service
CS2STAT is a web service for analyzing Counter-Strike 2 matches. This policy explains what data we process when you use cs2stat.info, why we need it, and what rights you have.
2. Data we process
- Account data: your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password if you choose email sign-in.
- FACEIT data: player ID, nickname, avatar, and available profile and match information after you connect FACEIT.
- Steam data: SteamID, profile name, and avatar after you sign in with or connect Steam.
- Match data: demo recordings uploaded by you or retrieved at your request, together with calculated statistics and 2D replay data.
- Technical data: session cookies required for sign-in and account protection, and standard server logs that may contain an IP address, request time, and browser information.
3. How we use data
We use this data to sign you in, link FACEIT and Steam profiles, import selected matches, calculate statistics, show 2D replays, protect the service, and diagnose technical problems. We do not sell personal data or use demo recordings for advertising.
4. Demo recordings and retention
Original demo files are kept only while they are uploaded and processed, then deleted after processing succeeds or fails. Calculated statistics and 2D replay data remain in your account until you delete the corresponding match or ask us to delete the data.
5. FACEIT and Steam
Third-party accounts are connected through the official FACEIT and Steam authorization mechanisms. We do not receive your passwords for those services. Their respective policies also govern use of their data. CS2STAT is not an official product and is not supported by FACEIT, Valve, or Steam.
6. Data processing and security
Infrastructure providers may process data only to the extent required to operate the site. We use HTTPS, protected sessions, access controls, and other reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
CS2STAT uses essential session cookies for authentication, security, and sign-in state. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect FACEIT or Steam in settings. To delete your entire account and related data, email cs2stat.info@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
